Glenn: All right. Good morning. Good morning when it comes to the injuries. Not much has changed. Just a couple of names, but Knade, Omar, Osai, Minka, they'll be out this game. Everybody else, Will, Pons, Sherwood, Onyimata, Brownlee, those guys would be good. They'll be good. So I think Will had a smaller deal yesterday, but he'll be fine. So other than that, excited about the game, feel really no different than how I felt earlier in the week, just more prepared and ready to go against this challenge. We know it's going to be a challenge. Our guys know it's going to be a challenge. Coaching staff know it's going to be a challenge. But that's how this league is, and we understand that. Every week, it's just something new. And you never know how these games are going to turn out. So we're excited to go out and put up this showing as our first home game of this year for our fans. So any questions?
Reporter: Where do you consider Pons at right now, health-wise? Is he at 100 percent?
Glenn: I don't think anybody is 100 percent, but he's ready to go.
Reporter: What has he been able to show these last couple of weeks since he's gone back the whole team?
Glenn: Well, just that, you know, that he can go out there and compete at a high level. And that's what we want to make sure. With any guy that's out, can you come back and compete at a high level? Because once you get on the field, there's no excuses. And he's been doing a good job of that. Our trainer's done an outstanding job of getting him ready to go. And he's been in the meetings, so he's understanding exactly what we're doing. And the thing is, and I've always said this, it's just a time-on task of actually out there doing it. All right, that's what's somewhat different. So we'll see exactly how this week ends up and see how that goes.
Reporter: You touched on Jordan Love the other day. Yeah. Just drilling down a little deeper on him, what kind of makes him a special player?
Glenn: One, his arm talent is unbelievable. And when I say that, it's, man, the different angles that he throws from. I mean, you clearly see that when you watch the tape, the arm strength, his ability to get out the pocket and then be able to launch the ball deep. You see that quite a bit. And I know sometimes they don't want a lot of – I saw that. I know sometimes they don't want a lot of quarterbacks doing this, but when you have the ability that he has of, man, maybe rolling to your right and being able to flick it and throw it back to you, he has the ability to do that. And everybody doesn't have that ability. But when you have the talent that he has, I think most coaches will be like, okay, you know, you do you, and just make sure you throw it out of the team. So he's done a good job of that. And he's really dangerous. I mean, I think he's more elusive than guys might give him credit for. So we want to try to keep him in the pocket as much as we can. But we also want to deter some of these throws that he has because he has these receivers out there that can cause a lot of damage. They're all four, three guys. They're all tough guys. They all can go up and catch the ball. So it'll be a challenge for our secondary.
Reporter: With Watson in particular, what have you seen from him over the years just kind of developing into, you know, a go-to guy from love?
Glenn: Yeah, well, nothing's changed from the time I was in Detroit and going against him. He is definitely a guy that's dangerous. He's 6'4". He can go up there and catch the ball. He's a high-point receiver. But not just that. He has the ability to run past you. You know, a guy that's a 4'3", a guy that's 6'4". I mean, that's a tough combination to go against. So it's going to be a challenge for our guys. But again, our guys will be ready. They'll be ready. We just know the challenge that those guys present.
Reporter: How much has your time been in Detroit where you got in the face during the month early on so you were able to inform that anger game?
Glenn: It helped a lot. It did. But every year it's different. And, listen, coaches always have a wrinkle here and there when it comes to how they want to operate their offense or defense. So it's just understanding exactly who he is and how he operates. I think that helps more than just the more overall schematics of it because I know that he's the type of quarterback that can get out the pocket. And some quarterbacks are getting out the pocket looking to run. I mean, the dangerous part about him, I mean, he's getting out the pocket and he's looking to launch it down the field and be able to make plays. And this receiver did a good job of playing off for him to be able to do that.
Reporter: What do you think of David Bailey going into his second week getting the first week out of the way and his kind of the opportunity for him?
Glenn: Nothing but improvement. And that's how I'm looking at it each week for him. I want to see him get better, you know, each time he goes out. And what he's doing in between that time, and I'm talking about doing the week, is giving him a good opportunity to be able to do that because he has everything that you want from a young player when it comes to recovery, studying, staying in the weight room, nutrition. He's doing all those things the way that you want a young guy to do it, even more. He's like a vet when it comes to that. So just improving, you know, on his craft each week.
Reporter: He told me your offensive guys even right after the game Sunday. Yeah. They were happy. They did some things that they felt there were some points out there. Yeah. What do you see this week in terms of them kind of cleaning some of the stuff up, the little stuff inside of that?
Glenn: Yeah. Me and Garrett talked about this quite a bit. And we want to be an offense that's opportunistic. So when we get a turnover, when we get a long return, when we get the ball in a position where we should get points, man, we want to take advantage of those opportunities. And we didn't do it to the fullest. And that's something that we really want to work on this week. And when you work on that, it's just being efficient. And that's what we want to try to do. So our guys understand that. And we just got to continue to just keep going and keep working on those things to be efficient.
Reporter: What did you think of how Sanders bounced back on Sunday and to see the kicker this week?
Glenn: Sanders will be the kicker. And I thought it was critical to see him go through that miss and then be able to come back and make. I think it was two 50-some yarders, which I thought was impressive. And if you look at our team in general, including myself, we have a team of men that has went through some things, that's fought through some adversity. And again, I've said this before, I'm attracted to people like that because it's not just the physical toughness, but the mental toughness that shows up. So he did a good job. And I like the way that he fought back and ended up making those field goals.
Reporter: With Omar, how do you anticipate bringing up one of those guys who signed into the practice fight?
Glenn: Well, we'll see. We'll see. We still have time to figure that out. So we'll make the right decision when that time comes.
Reporter: Last one. Can I end it with a question on everyone's mind, that you guys have done a very good job marketing this whiteout for Sunday. Are you going to wear white on Sunday or what?
Glenn: You know what? I'll surprise you. I'll surprise you.
