Turner: Feelin' blessed, feelin' blessed for sure, you know. Executed at a high level today, you know, we came up with the dub. You kept talking about. In their opinion, blah, blah, blah, the Bears of Ed, add fuel to your guys' fire. Did you just kind of stay the course, stay your game? I mean, I don't want to say I had too much food, but, you know, you got to respect an opponent like that. You know, they score at a high level, so, you know, I feel like we had to execute at a higher level today, and I feel like that's what we did.
Turner: And then you see Isaiah Rodgers coming out of nowhere for the black pot, you know, the field, I mean, the recovery. Yeah, that was major, that was major, that was major. All loves, you know, that's a guy that everybody loves, in the locker room, you know, he's up in the field as well, you know, I feel like he executed at a high level today, too.
Turner: You know, we came up with a black field girl. That was something like chasing Caleb, but try to get him on the ground. I mean, it's hard, I ain't even like Caleb. Caleb's definitely very elusive, a real athlete, you know, prayers to him and his injury, but, you know, it's definitely a challenge, you know, a fun challenge you can ask me to chase a guy like that around, you know, and.
Turner: You guys want Caleb? He's going to be going for a couple of, you know, four seasons, the seasons are going, so, you know, it's going to be a whole lot of it.
Turner: Cal, what's going through your head emotionally on that last play after you make the setting? I just had to be like, just soak it in. I just ran, but I'm running the whole time, and I don't even know what to do with the whole, but like, you know, I just thank God, you know, for the opportunity, you know, and for letting me to have the physical ability to execute at a high level.
Turner: Now, the way this game was going, points are obviously hard to come by. Did the defense feel like it was going to be on your shoulders to have to make one play there? I mean, no, I mean, I feel like, you know, becoming into every single game, you know, knowing that, you know, a lot of stuff runs through us, you know, just the types of defense that we have, the type of mindset that we have, you know, I feel like, you know, the mental warfare, you know, the mental strength that we have to have, you know, playing games like this is very important.
Turner: Guys up front, you know, Redman playing lights out too, what can you say about the battle? I mean, I feel like Red, Levi, Ty, all the guys showed up today, in my opinion, you know, Dom, the young guys, and Kayla Banks showed up today, you know, very key vital parts in our defense, you know, and I feel like the front seven alone, you know, we just have a very strong bond, you know, that I haven't been around in a long time, so.
Turner: Yeah, he made a real key play, you know, when we had to have the situation, you know, I feel like that was very crucial, you know, going into the game, you know, swinging momentum, and I feel like we issued a high level.
Turner: Years ago, you described your game as joyous motor ball, how did that play a role, just that mentality you have in that all the time? I mean, you know, it's definitely a mentality that you feel like you have to have, you know, especially on the defensive side of the ball, you know, just knowing, when you go up against offenses like that, you know, you kind of have to have that type of mind, so, you know, knowing what you're going into, you know, away games, you know, you know, you're going to have to have that mentality, you know, when you go up against offenses like that, you know, you kind of have to have that type of mind, so, you know, knowing what you're going into, you know, away games, you know, the circumstances is rainy, it's wet, the floor is slippery and everything like that, so, you know, I feel like it was joyous motor ball for sure.
Turner: Now, when you were working out this summer at your training camp, is this kind of the start that you envisioned for yourself? Indeed, you know, I feel like, you know, just preparing myself for these moments, you know, ever since I was in college, you know, I feel like, you know, it's very important, you know, just keep on showing up every single day, you know, to high execute at a high level.
Turner: You come into so good field almost every single time, you guys do, it's something crazy, something's going on. I mean, you guys looked up to it again today, didn't you? Yeah, we saw a deal, you know, no matter how hard it was raining, how long it was raining, you know, we came up here and played football, you know, rain, sleet, hail or something.
Turner: 2-1 on the division, just during the season. That's very big, very big, you know, we just got to keep the momentum going, you know, so the work every single day, you know, just get better, you know, there's still stuff to improve on from this game, you know, from week one and everything, but, you know, it's still a long season, and, you know, it's a whole lot of games left to play.
