Spears-Jennings: Probably the pack. Really, I had one probably every game that I felt good about. And so just making those plays, knowing trust in my eyes and just going. Like when I see something shoot my shot and I made the layups, so I felt good about them.
Spears-Jennings: I'm helping the guys, so I'm just doing my 111. I'm trying to help the team to win and we can get a great field position that's going to help them.
Spears-Jennings: I just, I'm a plug and play type of guy like you can put me anywhere and I'm going to just do my job. But you're comfortable with everything. It was circumstantial guys being hurt, but how many rookies get to deal with it? Well, it makes 13 reps that you got. All camp on the trail, but games, you're thinking, how much do they deal with the benefit for you?
Spears-Jennings: Nothing more guys to see hurt, but didn't you get to play that much more? I mean, I definitely don't want to see the guys hurt, but it definitely did help me out because I got more reps. So the more reps I get, the more comfortable I feel and the faster I can play. So I feel like I took my opportunity.
Spears-Jennings: I mean, I definitely come with that chip on my shoulder because I knew I'm better at playing than that. But I mean, so would now, what type of mindset. Like I'm in the building, I'm in the great facility, great team, great organization, so I can't complain.
Spears-Jennings: I learned at my sophomore year of college, Billy Bowman, that's what he did in college. So I just, you know, took a vet, tried to copy him, see what he did, everything right. And that's what I did. I started doing it at my sophomore year of college.
Spears-Jennings: Definitely. All the corners, like they're, because they're seeing things that I possibly wouldn't see at safety. And they're helping me out, calling it out, so it'll make my job easier.
Spears-Jennings: He's just been helping me, like, because, you know, he's an aggressive guy, like, real life, shoot his shot, make hard hits. And he's just teaching me, like, the way he play. And I'm just trying to pick pieces of each of their games and emote it to mine.
Spears-Jennings: Yeah, like, real hard hitter. You come across the middle, you're going to feel me. That's what I want to do.
Spears-Jennings: I mean, we all in the same group chat, you know, we all come to work every day, hard work, just put our heads down and go to work. So I feel like we got what we sold, like, we sold. So I feel like that's all I can say, really.
