Warren: In the last year, how much have you thought back to that game in Kansas City last season? I mean, I wouldn't say more than any other game throughout the year. But it's a challenging place to play. And they got a really good team and defense, especially. So it'll be a good challenge. So we've got to be on our stuff when we get there.
Warren: Yeah, I think being able to prepare for it as much as you can, obviously, you can't get that exact replica in a practice with a place like that. But I think focusing on it and being intentional with it is important as you prepare throughout the week.
Warren: Yeah, I think if you do miss an opportunity in the first quarter, you might not. You think you have more chances than you end up losing by two points. That's the difference right there. So every opportunity does count and matter. So it's important to capitalize as much as you can.
Warren: Yeah, it's really important when they like to. They like to blitz and do a lot of aggressive stuff. So being ahead of the sticks can help us out with that. And not putting out some predictable situations is important.
Warren: Yeah, I think it can. And especially just within a game, it can change very fast. And like we were saying earlier, every point, every opportunity matters a lot. So I think staying in the moment is really important throughout this long season.
Unknown: Thank you, Tyler, Cam, your level of eagerness to get out there week two, going into an environment you know so well in Kansas City.
Unknown: Man, look, I'm ecstatic, ready to go. It's been a long time coming. We're just ready to put it on film and go out there with my team, Mason, have a great time.
Unknown: Yeah, most definitely, man. But like I said, also, it was week one. I think we got the hiccups out of the way. We come together now as a full group and help each other every possible, communicate and play fast.
Unknown: It can change this week. That's how fast it can change. You know, one day you're on the bottom of the totem pole, and the next day you're living on top of the world. So just keep pushing forward and go 100% every day.
Unknown: You're really studying the whole game. You're putting yourself in positions that you will be playing in a game. It's not really watching football anymore. You're watching film at that point. So you're just trying to get little tips and tricks from other teams that just play them.
Unknown: A new wrinkle is a thing everybody knows, the run game. And we want to keep that pressure off of Pat right now coming off the injury, which is a great quarterback. But everybody comes off injury a little slow. So therefore, the run game is great right now. That's one thing we have to do is stop that first, and we can do the rest on the back end.
Unknown: Very disciplined. Do your jobs at the best of your ability. You're 111, and then we should come out on top.
Unknown: I got to say, man, you have to play four quarters with those guys. I've been in games where we lost the last second field goals, and that was many times. And you never know. Like I say, you got to play four quarters, maybe five. And don't give up, man. Never throughout the whole game, play all four downs and continue to push.
Unknown: Green Dot going from Cam over to Akeem. Communication is the biggest thing, man, with defense. I feel like we're all on the same page. We're either all right or we are wrong, and we'll be on the same page either way. So one thing I can say that we can do better this week is signals. Make sure everybody's on one accord, so that we can play fast.
Unknown: That's my dog, man. I know he's going to lead us in the right way most definitely. Not saying Cam did not, but most definitely. I've been able to play around Akeem for a couple of years. And I know him, like, at the back of my hand. So I know he's going to come in. He's going to lead us with the calls and get everybody in the right position, especially on the front seven or whatever. And then we go play.
