Kamara: So what was, I guess, what was that experience like? It was interesting, you know, it just felt weird. Like you said, I had an experience that before, so, you know, kind of just trying to mentally be in it, you know, but obviously not playing. So it was weird for some of the income.

Kamara: How close were you? I felt I felt good. It was close. Yeah, it was perfect.

Kamara: So being back now, you get your first week. What's your health like this week and how you feel? I'm going. If it wasn't right, I wouldn't be in. So I feel great. Moving well, really no limitations. So I feel good.

Kamara: What were your thoughts on the offense last week? I mean, obviously second half totally different than the first half. You guys weren't able to get the run game going. How do you help in that area? Yeah, I think just being able to stay on track, stay ahead of the chains. You know, I think we had two. We had a pick, two picks, two picks, and then the fumble. I mean, you get to get the ball back on those three. I mean, you wipe those three away, you know, who's to know what happens on those drives. You know, I think obviously when you turn the ball over, it's tough to, you know, win, especially three turnovers, let alone one. But you alleviate some of that, hit some of those. I think CO had a ball he didn't get to. Just a couple of things I could think about where, you know, you get those plays back. And I mean, it's a different picture that's painted. So yeah, I mean, just can't shoot yourself in the foot, I think. And I think it's a, we have a better opportunity to be in a position to win.

Kamara: What happens? Does that make the anticipation and excitement for your season debut? Not really, you know, to prepare the same, you know, we saw would have played the first game, but it is what it is. We're in it now. So I'm ready, ready to play. Be out there. Be good.

Kamara: I don't know. I think I think always go into, you know, when I get injured, always go into it with a plan. We had a good plan in the training room. Ben and Shawn and those guys and Garrett and then, you know, always got JT outside of the facility to, you know, get the extras in. So, you know, those two mixes, I mean, always, you know, whenever, whatever time line is always try to beat it. So I think obviously I beat it. But, you know, nothing really different. A lot of work.

Kamara: What was the initial time? I think four to six. I think four to six or six, probably like six. I think it's like a grade two plus. So yeah, but I mean, beat it feeling good. I'm ready.

Kamara: And it seems like Cam also might, I don't know what his time line was, but it seems like he might beat his. What did you notice just thinking, I guess, in the training room with Cam, if you guys overlapped at all, like his effort to come back? I mean, Cam effort to eat an ice cream cone is like anything anything Cam got to do. Like if there's a goal in my life, he's going to reach and try to beat it. So, you know, with him, obviously, you know, he's a hard worker. He's obsessive about anything. He's doing whether he's injured or not. So, I mean, when he got hurt, all right. He was ready to play the next week. You know, we went up to the Hall of Fame and he was like, man, I don't feel it good. I don't know what they talk about six weeks is that I'm gonna be back. I'm like, all right. I believe so. He'll be ready to rock out. I think I don't know what his situation is this week, but I know he's feeling good. He been rehabbing. Like he said, we overlapped a little bit and you know, he didn't he been looking good.

Kamara: You dealt with a running back rotation before you've also been the bell cat. How is there a different mentality for each role? For me, not really because you just I mean, you really never know what when your number really gonna be called. I just I feel the same as if I'm leading or or not. I mean, I think that's more for the coaches to figure out. I don't know what I don't know what they you know, what they want to do with it. That's on that. My job is to be ready. So I'll be ready.

Kamara: Oh, I mean, they look good. You know, I would say we got some more runs. Obviously circumstances kind of prevented that a little bit, but they look good. You know, I was the happy Kendra healthy. You got it got in the end zone. You know, Travis was looking good. So having Trey when we got in, we all came in together and I looked at Trey and I seen he has silver chain and a silver bracelet and always got a joke, you know, a white boy with silver chain silver bracelet angry. He was angry white boy and I always tell him that but nah, man, we were special. It was super special. And then you know, happy Trey has been able to kind of carve out a career because you know, when he was when he was here, he didn't I don't think he got as much as he he would like to and you know, he obviously went on to get money get his stats do what he had to do. So I'll be happy to see him.

Kamara: When you look at that class, the first three guys are in the lead. Yeah. The last one still here. Mm-hmm. Yeah. That you know, I think, uh, yeah, let's see. Yeah. Well, Alex, I mean, uh, you say in Tampa. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, oh, yeah, I know he was in Tampa. Okay, for sure. My boys Alex. Yeah, man. Alex playing in college against each other too. So yeah, it was a special class. I mean, the way the way the game was going, I mean, I had to inspect it. But like I said, I mean, you got to be ready. And that's the thing where you got to step up. So I just stepped up to the plate.

Kamara: How pleased were you with the rotation of running back? I know you guys didn't get as many cares as you wanted. You fall behind early and you know, the kind of stunts to one game. Yeah, I mean, like I said, I mean, nine cares is plenty enough for you feel me like for me to do something with the ball. I know that was like you feel me blessing a lot or whatever but I feel I feel pretty pretty pleased overall like with what the running backs did in the game. And you know, we got we got stuff to clean up. But I feel like we played a pretty solid game.

Kamara: What specifically did you see on the touchdown? I mean, I seen it. I seen a light bot. So I mean Tyler got to a different car, which you know, I was doing the ball or whatever and I just took it in a long block.

Unknown: The good you guys are going to get Alvin back this week. So that makes it even more depth in the backfield. Just how much does that help the offense tremendously?

Kamara: I mean, you know, a cake on poor eyes. So like, you know, just having him a Travis. I mean pick pick who you want. So it's like I mean, it's a Louis Louis for the defense. Either way.

Kamara: How pleased were you with what you guys were able to do in the second half? I mean, you know, difficult circumstances, but you guys were able to pull yourselves back into the game. Yeah, I mean it just shows you how strong this team is and you know, but they preach how much together we are because I mean we was down 21-0 down 21 points and came back, you know, in a heartbeat because they came out the second half high and the defense got a couple stops and you know, Tyler and the offense got on the road.

Unknown: What are you expecting out of the Ravens defensively this week?

Kamara: I mean, it's gonna be a physical game, you know, they pride their self on being physical. So we just got to be the more physical team, you know, when you see a physical game like I know physical opponent, how much are you looking forward to that? Because I mean, you're a big physical back. I mean, just honestly, it's just like it's a play style mentality. You know, that's my mentality every week physical like whether we're playing somebody physical or not, but we just got to be the stronger team at the end of the day. We want them more.
