Bills' 2026 Opponents Finalized as NFL Sets Schedule Rotation

With the 2025-26 season in the rearview mirror, the Buffalo Bills and their fans can now look ahead to the road for the 2026 campaign. The NFL has finalized its annual schedule rotation, providing the complete list of opponents for each team. For the Bills, the slate features a challenging mix of division rivals, conference heavyweights, and intriguing inter-conference matchups.

The Bills’ home schedule at Highmark Stadium will feature the familiar AFC East foes: the Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, and New York Jets. Based on the league’s rotation, they will also host the AFC South’s Indianapolis Colts, the AFC West’s Las Vegas Raiders, the NFC North’s Chicago Bears, and the NFC South’s Atlanta Falcons. An additional home game will be against the team that finishes in the same standing position within the AFC North.

On the road, the Bills will travel to face the Dolphins, Patriots, and Jets, along with the AFC South’s Houston Texans, the AFC West’s Los Angeles Chargers, the NFC North’s Detroit Lions, and the NFC South’s New Orleans Saints. Their final away opponent will be the team that finishes in the same standing position within the AFC West.

This schedule sets the stage for Joe Brady’s first full season as head coach. Key matchups include a road test against the defending NFC North champion Detroit Lions and a home game against the rising Atlanta Falcons. The exact dates and times for these games will be released by the NFL in the spring, but the known opponents allow the team to begin its advanced strategic preparations for the upcoming season.
